TERMS OF USE & COACHING AGREEMENT
The One Sentence Strategy™ to Divorce Proof Marriage

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use and Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") govern your purchase of and participation in The One Sentence Strategy™ to Divorce Proof Marriage ("Program"), provided by Jaleia Christine Love ("Coach," "we," or "us").
By purchasing or enrolling in the Program, you ("Client" or "Participant") acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The One Sentence Strategy™ to Divorce Proof Marriage is a faith-based group coaching experience designed to help Christian wives pursue greater peace, confidence, emotional security, and fulfillment in their marriages.
The Program incorporates biblical teachings, personal development exercises, and concepts informed by predictive brain science.
The Program is designed to support personal growth and intentional decision-making.
It does not guarantee any particular marital outcome.
3. PROGRAM STRUCTURE AND DELIVERABLES
Your enrollment includes:
Five Live Group Coaching Sessions
Five live coaching sessions delivered over approximately four weeks.
The first session is approximately two hours long and introduces the Four Pillars of Biblical Legacy Building.
The second session takes place the following day and introduces the One Sentence Strategy™ and its three experiments.
The remaining three sessions are scheduled approximately one week apart.

Enrollment also includes:
Access to the designated AI-powered intentional thought resource.
Daily Telegram support during the guided experiments.
Weekly accountability check-ins through the Participant's 90-day milestone.
One complimentary 30-minute Personal Transformation Assessment.
The Program is delivered in a group format with an anticipated group size of approximately 7–10 women.
Individual coaching is not included except for the complimentary assessment expressly described above.
4. INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
The total investment for the Program is:
$5,000 USD — PAID IN FULL
Full payment is required before enrollment is confirmed and access to the Program is granted.
No payment plans, installment arrangements, or deferred payment options are offered.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By completing your purchase, you authorize the applicable payment transaction and agree to the payment terms disclosed at checkout.
5. NONREFUNDABLE PURCHASE POLICY
ALL PROGRAM PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
The Program includes proprietary intellectual property, educational teachings, coaching methodologies, digital resources, and specialized knowledge.
Once these materials and teachings are disclosed, the information cannot be returned, erased from memory, or restored to its original undisclosed condition.
For this reason, we maintain a strict nonrefundable purchase policy.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed the Program description and included services.
You understand the $5,000 investment is paid in full.
You understand that no payment plans are available.
You understand that participation requires personal commitment and effort.
You understand that individual results are not guaranteed.
You agree to the nonrefundable purchase policy, subject to applicable law.
Choosing not to attend sessions, discontinuing participation, or deciding that the Program is no longer suitable for your personal circumstances does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Nothing in this Agreement eliminates any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If we cancel the Program or materially fail to deliver the purchased services, any applicable refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.
6. CLIENT PARTICIPATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Participant understands that coaching is a collaborative process requiring active participation.
Participants are responsible for:
Attending scheduled sessions when possible.
Completing exercises and experiments voluntarily.
Asking questions when clarification is needed.
Making independent decisions regarding their marriage and personal circumstances.
Respecting other participants.
Using provided resources responsibly.
The Coach provides education, guidance, accountability, and support.
The Participant remains responsible for her own decisions, actions, and personal well-being.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Program is designed to help Participants develop greater awareness, intentionality, spiritual maturity, and confidence in their personal responses.
However, results vary based on individual circumstances, participation, and factors outside the Coach's control.
The Program does not guarantee reconciliation, restoration of trust, changes in a spouse's behavior, prevention of divorce, or any specific marital outcome.
The phrase "Divorce Proof Marriage" is part of the Program's name and represents its educational and personal development focus. It is not a literal guarantee that a marriage cannot end in divorce.
Likewise, the branded phrase "Science of Inevitable Results™" does not constitute a guarantee that a particular outcome is scientifically certain or inevitable.
The Coach does not control the behavior, decisions, or actions of any Participant's spouse.
8. FAITH-BASED COACHING
The Program incorporates Christian biblical principles and teachings.
By enrolling, Participants acknowledge the faith-based nature of the Program.
Participants retain responsibility for their personal spiritual beliefs, interpretations, and decisions.
The Coach does not claim to speak on behalf of God or guarantee particular spiritual outcomes.
Participation does not require accepting mistreatment, remaining in an unsafe environment, or surrendering personal boundaries.
9. COACHING IS NOT THERAPY OR MEDICAL TREATMENT
The Program provides coaching, education, and personal development support.
It is not psychotherapy, marriage counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or trauma therapy.
The Coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions through this Program.
References to the nervous system, predictive processing, emotional learning, or belief formation are educational and do not establish that the Program provides clinical treatment.
Participants experiencing significant psychological distress, trauma symptoms, abuse, or safety concerns are encouraged to seek appropriate assistance from qualified professionals.
The Program is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or marital counseling services.
10. PERSONAL SAFETY AND MARITAL DECISIONS
The Coach recognizes that marital difficulties may include infidelity, neglect, coercion, emotional abuse, physical abuse, or other serious circumstances.
The Program does not require Participants to tolerate abuse or remain in unsafe relationships.
Teachings about biblical respect, marriage, and spiritual commitment must not be interpreted as instructions to disregard personal safety or accept harmful treatment.
Participants retain full responsibility and authority over decisions concerning their relationships.
The Coach does not provide individualized legal advice concerning divorce, separation, custody, or other legal matters.
11. GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants may share sensitive personal experiences during group coaching.
All Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.
Participants agree not to disclose another Participant's identifiable personal stories or confidential information outside the Program without permission, except when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
However, because the Program is conducted in a group setting, the Coach cannot guarantee confidentiality by other Participants.
Group coaching communications are not legally privileged.
12. RECORDING AND DISTRIBUTION
Participants may not independently record, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share group coaching sessions or another Participant's personal disclosures without prior written authorization.
The Coach will disclose whether official session recordings are made and obtain any consent required by applicable law before recording.
Any authorized recordings remain subject to applicable privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property restrictions.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original Program materials, teachings, exercises, frameworks, written content, recordings, and proprietary resources provided by the Coach remain the intellectual property of Jaleia Christine Love or their respective rights holders.
This includes original materials associated with:

The Four Pillars of Biblical Legacy Building
The Science of Inevitable Results™
Program exercises, resources, and coaching materials
Enrollment grants the Participant a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use provided materials for her own personal development.
Participants may not, without prior written permission:
Resell or redistribute Program materials.
Reproduce or publish substantial portions of proprietary content.
Share purchased resources with nonparticipants.
Use Program materials to create competing commercial products or training programs that unlawfully copy protected content.
Represent the Coach's proprietary materials as their own.
These restrictions do not prohibit lawful uses of information, ideas, or materials that are not protected by intellectual property law.
14. AI-POWERED RESOURCES
The Program may provide access to an AI-powered resource intended to support personal reflection and intentional thought development.
Participants acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional medical, psychological, legal, or spiritual advice.
Participants should not enter sensitive identifying information about themselves or others into AI resources unless appropriate privacy protections and permissions are in place.
Use of third-party AI tools may also be governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.
15. TELEGRAM SUPPORT
Telegram support is provided as part of the Program's guided experiments.
Telegram is a third-party platform.
Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate privacy settings and protecting their personal information.
Telegram support is intended for coaching-related questions, accountability, and encouragement.
It is not an emergency service or a substitute for individualized therapy or crisis intervention.
The Coach does not guarantee immediate responses or continuous availability.
16. SCHEDULING AND MISSED SESSIONS
Participants will receive information about scheduled group coaching sessions.
Because sessions are delivered in a group format, individual scheduling conflicts do not automatically entitle a Participant to a replacement private session or refund.
If the Coach must reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative date or comparable delivery of the promised service.
Any session recording or replay access will be provided only if expressly offered and subject to applicable privacy requirements.
17. PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION ASSESSMENT
Each Participant may schedule one complimentary 30-minute Personal Transformation Assessment as part of the Program.
This assessment is intended to review progress, address questions, and explore potential next steps.
The Coach may discuss additional coaching services when appropriate.
There is no obligation to purchase additional services.
Any future coaching engagement requires a separate agreement and payment arrangement.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Coach is not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions independently made by Participants or third parties.
The Program is provided as an educational and coaching service, not as a guarantee of specific results.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
The Coach may suspend or terminate a Participant's access for serious misconduct, harassment, unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials, or substantial violations of this Agreement.
Any payment or refund consequences arising from termination will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the termination.
20. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.
Any dispute-resolution provisions or forum requirements must comply with applicable law.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms for future purchases or participation periods.
Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not automatically alter the Participant's contractual rights without any agreement or notice required by law.

23. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
By completing enrollment and affirmatively accepting these Terms, the Participant acknowledges that she:
Has reviewed the Program description and included services.
Understands the $5,000 paid-in-full investment.
Understands the nonrefundable purchase policy, subject to applicable law.
Understands that no specific marital outcome is guaranteed.
Understands the group coaching format and confidentiality limitations.
Understands that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment.
Agrees to respect the intellectual property and privacy of other Participants.
Accepts these Terms of Use and Coaching Agreement.
